Welcome To The Sink
Join us in our beautifully renovated dining room located at 31 S. Main Street in Manheim, PA!
Enjoy artisan crafted meals and soak up the nostalgia of the Historic Summy House.
The Sink on Prussian currently offers dine-in, take-out, pre-made meals, and custom event catering. We have a beautiful event space on location but we also offer off-site catering as well!
Parking for The Sink on Prussian is located behind the building off of S. Wolf Street.
We recently opened our bar dining room and are currently BYOB!
At The Sink, you can try a little bit of EVERYTHING, NOT “everything, but” … So go ahead… “Sink” your teeth in!”

Stimulate your appetite with one of our starters! Ranging from crispy fried deliciousness to fresh vegetable or cheese options, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Sandwiches & Wraps
All of our sandwiches and filled with an abundance of fresh, made to order ingredients and our wraps are each grilled to a warm, crispy perfection. Each item is served with chips and a pickle but feel free to upgrade to our reknowned Rosemary Garlic Fries or crunchy battered Onion rings and more!
Burgers
Each of our burgers are hand formed and perfectly seasoned to make for the best, juiciest burger in town! If you dare, (and have the appetite) try our signature “The Sink Burger”. Our house burger topped with Homemade Fried Mac and Cheese, Bacon, caramelized Onion, fried onion rings, pickled jalapeno, arugula, and green chili cream sauce. It is a feast for the brave!
Dinner Specials
Our weekly dinner menu is available from 4pm until close daily and changes seasonally to ensure we are utilizing the best and freshest ingredients. Each weekend we offer NEW, enticing dinner specials to keep things interesting and tasty.
Soup & Salads
All of our soups and salads are made daily and in house using the freshest ingredients that we can find locally, in season.
Dessert
We are currently featuring desserts from a local bakery in Columbia, PA – The Golden Whisk. Each item is carefully thought out and baked with the most love from one of the biggest hearts we know!
